I having birthday celebration and booked a room with pre order the dishes. I having very bad experienced for dinner. I preorder the dishes and waited 1hrs for the food serve to me. The rice is very cold and hard to bite. It is very disappointed about the service when I approach the counter staff, she is using very unfriendly tone told me that is shortage of chef.
I fully understand the shortage of manpower but it could be better approach or manner especially dealing with customer. I seek help to top up the water for the tea, they ask me to using the water dispenser inside the room to top up myself. When I see, the water is cold and need to boil. I asking for the snack to serve for quick bite but they told me snack is out of order.
I would strong advise the restaurant to retrain their staff for politely dealing with the customer and if cannot even manage to top up water to customer, I think the restaurant also have difficult time to continue...
