128 海鲜楼 (One Two Eight Seafood Restaurant) — Restaurant in Johor

please spare a moment to read this and I don't want anyone to get cheated as it has happened to us. Also please read the terms and conditions from the picture that I have uploaded below before you start with the story. So basically, what happened was we booked a hall at this 128宴宾楼 at Taman Sri Kluang behind the Giant for my sister's wedding dinner on 9th June 2019. Basically we all knew we pay deposit at first before the full payment and when my mom came to pay the balance payment they showed us the terms and conditions telling that we have to pay for the DEPOSIT FOR SPECIAL DAMAGES as it is a must otherwise they said we can't use the hall. So, my mom when back again to settle the RM500 but when she PAID the DEPOSIT FOR THR SPECIAL DAMAGES they told that there is no need to issue any receipt. Finally we went to get back the deposit today as there is no any damages to the hall, they said we don't pay any of the deposit for the Special damages. And since we don't have any receipts telling that we paid for the deposit. Even they didn't issue any receipts they still asked for the deposit receipt which doesn't make sense. We asked for the CCTV footage but they said their footage has been erased. The only thing I would like to inform everyone here is please do not visit or recommend this restaurant or hall for anyone as you might go throw the same. They treated us so badly. Made a reservation on Wednesday for a birthday dinner celebration on Saturday, 7pm for 4 pax.

This reservation includes their famous chicken which needs to make reservation for 1 day prior at least. And when I arrived, the ‘cashier’/supervisor doesn’t remember my reservation details and there is no waiter/waitress to serve very unorganised structure and poor management for their guests sitting. Also, the other diners attitude of simply putting their bottle & carriage at someone else table is really absurd.

Furthermore, they have an arrogant attitude coming out of nowhere from unavailability of simple serving of tea & utensils. They even gave us a small table for 6 dishes which can’t fit anything. Upon request to change to a proper table, they carried our food everywhere with hygiene concerns unbothered. The residual of the plates are also unkept. UR ATTITUDE OF WAITER AND WAITRESS REALLY NEED TO BE FIXED!!

To note, we have made 6 dishes reservations which also took them 40mins to prepare which is absurd, considering we have made a reservation in advanced. This really gave us overall bad vibes and unpleasant experiences for an annual family dinner celebration. Also the pricing seems unreasonable for the chicken to be RM80 and it tastes below average.
