Food was just fine, dining environment was nice and clean. Prices are too expensive. The ordering system flow for dine-in was a bit confusing. I saw the menu at the entrance, made my order at the counter and was about to walk to my table but the guy who took my order suggested to pay beforehand and told me there are ‘some people’ who don’t pay and just walk away. See, I understand; but it’s kinda disrespectful approach though.

This is my first time try pre-tea in kluang. I feel extremely disappointed 😔 due to the taste of drink seem dish soap😂 even my family try it they also have same comment with me 🥲. AS YOU CAN SEE THE COLOR OF DRINK IS VERY WIRED. *Basically,I try same drink in others branch but don't have this kind of problem. "HOPE PRE-TEA KLUANG CAN TAKECARE ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF DRINK. "

Suitable for lunch/gathering with friends and family A lot of choices on drinks & dessert Love their grass jelly, be it hot or cold Pearl is chewy Passion fruit QQ green tea is my all-time fav, comes with coconut jelly & popping bubble Fish & chips is nice, big portion Creamy chicken rice taste not bad too

The place is clean and tidy plus very systematically organised seatings. The design of the restaurant is simple but classy.
