A&W IOI Mall Kulai DT — Restaurant in Johor

First time visiting this newly opened restaurant. Didn’t come with much expectation after hearing not very good feedback from some friends. Came around 915pm to get some curly fries and onion rings as snacks . Not many customers as shop is going to close soon. Atmosphere was nice as it is newly opened about 3 months now - nice ac and new furnitures. But the experiences started to change once order is placed - can notice the staff started to gather and joking/talking among themselves and unconsciously neglected customers who came over for assistance. When my queuing number came up, I approached the counter but couldn’t find my order…a staff then came and just casually put my order and quickly turn her back away and started her chatting. Not a word and no eye contact. When I reached home and checked on the curly fries, the bad experience continued. It was soggy and the curly fries were mostly broken into small short pieces. Now I can understand why the feedbacks have been poor since the opening. Hopefully the manager or owner will notice the feedbacks and do something before it’s too late. First time in A&W Kulai and I forgot my purse however had cash. Went to order from the ordering machine and choose to pay at counter as I only have cash. Went to pay but there was no one to take my payment. However there were 2 staff busy preparing the in coming order. I was there waiting and carried away by the way they were preparing the orders and soon realised that there were people who came after me getting their orders. Then came other lady and say I have to make payment in order to get my orders prepared.Wondering why the two did not bother to look at me to inform me that cash payment must done 1st. Felt so dissatisfied as I have no idea that the food is not prepared cause payment is not done. Big disappointment 😞 on their staff...

Staff working in this outlet look like they are fairys floating everywhere and taking their own sweet time to prepare the food.
