The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Johor

Visited this place yesterday because I wanted to get the viral Tiramisu cake. The counter lady who served me looked arrogant and not friendly looking, as if I owe her a million ringgit, very unpleasantly looking without a smile to customer. I couldnt get the cake cos it wasn't ready to sell, the cake just arrived from thr HQ. Then my other family member went to buy again, and I got feedback that the counter lady was very impolite and fiercely looking, and my family member felt offended by her customer service level. I told him to leave, no need to buy. Please remove that lady from the counter before u gonna lose your sales. And your coffee taste awful....

My fav hanging spot is now closer to home. Food and service wise is great. I will always come back for more. Interior is spot on and the place is spacious. Great for hang out session.

The only downside is that it’s not inviting for dine in from 12pm - 6pm, where the sun hits directly into the eatery. As you can see from the pictures, customers will have to find shady spots to sit and enjoy their drink and meal. It deters us, customers, to dine in during this time.

My humble suggestion is to put up screens or even an overhang awning to provide shady indoors.

The coffee was disappointing and tasteless. I ordered both a coffee latte and a hazelnut latte, but they tasted mostly like milk with barely any coffee flavor.
