CHAGEE@ SEGAMAT — Restaurant in Johor

I want to complain about segamat chagee! ! ! My two glasses of water were ready and placed on the table inside. Then the two people inside who were responsible for soaking the water, a man and a woman, placed them on the table inside and didn't care about anything! ! Take your time there. The man keeps pretending to wash the cups, and the woman walks around there. Then when she sees the order, she just sticks the order paper! Then who is responsible for disposing of that water! ? I thought someone was hiding in the warehouse. He went inside and didn't care about the processed drinks at all! I can understand the person at the counter. They came in one by one and introduced what the signboard is. I just want to complain about the two people handling the drinks! There is also the girl hiding in the warehouse! Don't deliberately work slowly there! It takes 20 seconds to put a water bottle cap on a cup. Please help me complain to that employee. The work efficiency is really...

Super lousy service for CHAGEE Segamat!!! I had ordered my drink and waited 35 minutes in front of the counter.( there were no customers in the shop at the time). After I had waiting around 25 minutes, I saw my drink had placed inside the table. But the staff not even want to passed and packed it to me. I was still checking with the one lady to confirm if the drink was for me as I don’t mind had it without paper bag. She was just answered me”sekejap”. But she can went through from the table to the main door 2 times in order to open the door for the delivery man.
