ID Hotel — Hotel in Johor

Stayed one night and it is worst nightmare|The night itself I can't sleep peacefully at all since the loud motorbike and car racing(lumba haram) sound on the road side between 1230am till 530am. I called the front desk and feedback that I can't sleep and need room change. The Malay guy at reception just say want to change room means must pay again! I'm so astonish and ask him whether they can contact the police and inform about the matter. He just gave me a simple answer that 'this is normal even police knows about it'|I was so pissed off and it almost 130am. I still awake till 530am. I was superb tired drive all the way from Penang. The afternoon itself the reception called me to ask me checkout at 12pm. Since I'm so tired asked to checkout at 2pm and is chargeable at MYR20!|I hope MR.HOW read this forum and try improve this service level of your hotel. Please educate the front desk staff. During checkout , I mention as will never return back to the hotel and the reception mention 'so no problem' in very sarcastic way.| |One more things, the security guard is so free until sit on sofa watching movie !||Mr. How please look into these matters , if not there is lots of competitor in...

Previously only read reviews from others, but this time I try to check in here & feel the ambience. Cozy room, very clean, floor in room having carpet. The most good things = have lift service for this shoplot building. Super.! Stylish bathroom & toilet. Truely clean when you could catch the mosaic & mirror inside bathroom is shining. Nice cupboard with classic design. Window with new + double curtain. Spacious room layout. AC working very well. Rain shower also surprising me. TV channel with variety selection. No regret at all. Thumb up to the management team.!!

Located next to main road & segamat' river + public jogging track. This hotel also concern about our car parking nearby. They take care for us. Credit to reception girl who are so professional + friendly service. Recomended to all. Especially a business traveller + balik kampung like me. Will come again.

Miss Nora Room...

This will be our family's go to place whenever we visit Segamat. Reception was friendly and efficient. Checkin and out was done in under 10 minutes.||||Comparing it to Koptown, ID hotel trumps it in cleanliness. Not that Koptown was ever dirty. But ID hotel really is, visibly cleaner.||||The golden suite goes for RM178 and has 2 queen beds, a cozy 2 seater sofa and bathroom with shower. Toiletries (shampoo and body foam) and towels are provided.||||Decent tv channels, including some astro channels are included. Free wifi, bottles of mineral water and prayer mats also in the room. ||||We stayed on the first floor and all the air con units are just outside this room but the noise was minimal and we slept well.||||Secret recipes is just downstairs for cake and coffee. This hotel is situated at the second bridge on the opposite side of old Segamat town....
