Ordered grilled chicken with 3 layer tea. They actually served raw chicken. Was hesitant on whether i should tell them or not. Further cut the chicken deeper and it was legit raw all the way. Flagged the waitress and she apologized. Was informed that kitchen will be making a new one. What follows was something that I would've never thought of.
When they redo-ed the order, they actually served the chicken back on the same bed of fries. No worries, I'm not afraid of some cross contamination. What was wrong imo was how they took the same damn chicken and deep fried it. Who the hell approved of that action? It was a grilled chicken. GRILLED.
To make matters worse, they deep fried it till the chicken became hard rock. First it was raw, now it's overkill.
