Owner's reply not true. No assurance of table will be ready near to 8pm, ask to wait still, I think there is a point to make reservation to shorten the wait, family members stood there since 7.15pm. No communication effort to explain have to wait till 8pm onwards despite reservation. Table was booked for relatives. Asked to take away food if ready, cz planned to eat at home since no table ready despite reservation, was told by staff food not prepared, can just leave. Maybe just my bad luck for bad experience.
