Went to get a Matcha Strawberry Latte and paid extra to add Velvet Creme. When the drink was ready for pickup, I noticed there was no Velvet Creme on top â even though I paid for it!
I asked the barista about it, and instead of apologizing, he just took the drink and added the Velvet Creme without a word. No apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake. Come on, if you make a mistake, at least check the order properly and say sorry.
Customers are paying extra for those add-ons â itâs not free. They even put a label on the drink but clearly didnât check it properly. And this wasnât even during peak hours!
