Decided to try this on our way back from Melaka.
The chicken used seems to be kampung chicken and it tasted great. Apart from the chicken which seems to be cut a bit too small, nothing much to complain about. The rice is much more flavourful, compared to the highly-recommended one in Muar.
Though this is the second chicken rice ball I've tried in Muar, it's my new benchmark for chicken rice balls in Muar.

Compared to the ones in Melaka, the price is cheap and not so commercialised/ touristy.
Also the uncle chopping the chicken 🐔 really knows how to 开玩笑。 He really knows how to talk and chat with customers. I think this is a family business but not that certain.
Overall I will give a full 5 for this place because of the warm hearted feeling I’ve got. The food some of you may like it...

When we asked for more, they were completely unwilling and came up with some funny logic that the sauce was thick and therefore I didn’t need more than supplied.
