KFC Kulai — Restaurant in Johor

So we stopped by to order a take out. And there was only 2 orders (2 customers) They took forever to prep. I don't know why, but the guy macam blur. There's the menu there says RM70++ for 10 PC chicken. So I asked is this price for the set. He said yes. Then I asked how much is it alacarte (bare in mind, I'm Malaysian so I spoke in Malay), he answered alacarte is RM80++. In my head I was like "what??🤔". So being all confused, I ordered the set because obviously the set cant be cheaper than the alacarte right. And true enough the set is actually RM80++. Anyway food took forever to be ready, nvm we had to check and ask for cutleries for the curry rice, and sauces because there was like 1 or 2 for a set of 10 fried chicken! 🤦🏽‍♀️

I think KFC should relook into this outlet's operation. Maybe retrain some...

We are on a road trip and stopped by this KFC for lunch. We are KFC lover and went to many KFC outlets. This is the worst outlet I have been going to. The food quality is surprisingly bad. Ordered cheesy wedges with very watery cheese. The whole thing is so yucky! The floor of the shop is oily and slippery and not good for elderly to walk.
