Marrybrown Southern City — Restaurant in Johor

On 30th april 2024 i came to this branch.ordered nasi ayam penyet. Memang la nasi ayam penyet kene makan guna tangan. Kebetulan sabun habis.bila ditanya,staff kate sabun memang out of stck.ok kite bole faham.tapi bile kite nk PANnggil manager yg incharge untuk inform,manager nama FARIZUAN dia mati matian taknk keluar dari office untuk beri penjelasan dan terus suroh staff dia katakan yang manager busy..hello we are customer.when we need to speak to restaurant manager..he must and should attend to us. CEO OF MALAYSIA MARY BROWN KINDLY EDUCATE YOUR STAFF ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH HIGH RANK IN THE RESTAURANT TO ATTENT TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. NOT BY GIVING EXCUSES TO US AND SAY "MANAGER IS BUSY". This is the worst ever family restaurant i've ever had my meal with my family. And this is not my 1st time here. Today 29th Nov, we came slightly earlier(9.45am) than the bisness hour which is 10am. The crew blasted the radio so loud like we are in rock concert. I waited till their bisness hour then i asked my wife to request them to lower down the volume. They did but still its is to loud for a family restaurant. The manager said the crew need to listen to music. But i told him the speakers is located too far from the kichen, maybe relocate the speakers in the kichen area so that will not disturb dinning customers. They are so rude and started branding us 'singaporeans'. To me whats the different locals or foreigners? We are all dinners. We deserves the peace and quiteness while dinning in your facility. I’m a regular marrybrown customer in perling mall branch and This is my 2nd and last visit in here. Requested to have one thigh and one breast but end up gave us different thing. Never mind maybe finish of stock. So we considered it. However what made me upset that they given us small quality of salted egg sauce which is definitely not sufficient for chicken. The last not the least they charge additional rm4 for extra sauce and the sauce was really diluted and not nice at all. Such a unprofessional staff. Smile on face but don’t know...
