Milano Cake House — Restaurant in Johor

It's my first time visited this place. Comfortable environment. Was a good place to catch up with friends. There are cakes, breads, western food, rice bowls, coffee, light bites, etc. Was there for lunch and catch up with friend before the long weekend. Supposed to be lunch but I have ordered their croissant brunch set as I had heavy breakfast this morning. My friend has ordered their chicken chop. For my brunch set, the taste is not too bad except the sausages, they don't look good. A little bit soggy, seems like they were fried and set aside for a while before they were served. Bad service, food serve very slow, wait almost 10 minutes to have the menu to order food, not understand why dun have QR code and must wait other customers finish reading the menu and only can pass to us due to the insufficient of menu, quite funny. Service attitude very bad , waiter standing there don't want to take order, so i self-order at counter. Asked some chilli sauce also not willing to bring . Afterward they kindly to help another customer to take order....why ?...
