everything is good, including the environment, the food, and also the service provided by the waitress. I visited there quite a few times and i was nothing to comment, but until the last visit (28april) , we unfortunately were served by a waiter (with spec) who has super lousy customer service and bad attitude. He didnt try to communicate well with us, and cant even passing the message to us in a polite way (when we asked him nicely). The answer we got was actually unclear, and was scolded by him again when we requested him to repeat it again. He ruined our mood at the beginning, and we tried to be distracted by the food, but he ruined our mood again when we asked for ordering some food to take away. We are customer, we go in the shop is to be happy and enjoy the food. If the waiter cannot control his temper, please don't jump into the service line, which is really drag down the overall performance of the team, or he can learn how to serve people from...

The service was so bad. My family and I had our breakfast there. They were full and we took our time and wait for seats. Before we were seated, the waiter asked us to order our food, and we did as asked. We waited our food for approx. an hour, and within the time, we keep asking if our food order are keyed. However, the waiters and were so rude where they didn’t answer us and keep asking us to wait. End up they really missed out our order and they were so rude where they just try to ignore us and no apologies given even when they serve the food, the waiter just throw the plates on the table. After we had our meal, when we went to the counter to pay, the manager was so mean and said we can complain anything but they won’t take it serious. This is my first comment on google review. I was a waiter and F&B manager once too, but this is so far the worst experience ever. Won’t recommend...

Dropped by this restaurant around 2:30pm on a weekday, plenty of seats available, perfect for a chill late lunch.

✨ What We Loved: Chinese Chives Shrimp Ball & Shrimp Siew Mai – Both were delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and very wallet-friendly. Highly recommend these two.

😐 The So-So Stuff: Black Golden Salted Egg Bun – Looked fancy, but the taste was pretty average. Fragrant Braised Chicken Feet with Peanuts – Not very flavorful, could use more seasoning. Special Sauce Stir-Fried Radish Cake – Portion was generous and value-for-money, but taste-wise, just okay. Traditional Mala Cake – The biggest letdown. The bottom was soggy, which ruined the texture. Would skip this one next time.

Not everything hit the mark, but with great prices and a few standout items, I’ll be back to explore more...
