This is my first time here, & my first ever first 5stars review. Wow, really impressed to be in a semi-fine dining restaurant in JB area that gives me a different experience! [Overall : 4.8/5 stars] Environment: 5/5 (Super chill with English industrial style and some inspiration from The Peaky Blinders movie!) Food: 5/5 # Had a delicate course menu with starter on smoked duck and caramelised apple, mains with a butter poached salmon that comes with tiger prawn and sauce and ended my day with Tiramisu dessert # The aglio olio is fantastic, they added garlic & mushroom which are also the most important ingredients for it. *Do mixed your smoked duck with caramelised apple for a taste buds surprise! Drinks: 5/5 (Coffee they use great quality Arabica beans that brings out the nutty top notch with fruitiness in a single cup) Service: 4.5/5 (A lots of interaction going on, I like how the chef personally asked me about the food I had and the chit-chatting it was great) Price: 4.5/5 (The coffee priced average and affordable. The course menu is very reasonable priced as a semi-fine dining restaurant, 3courses with one choice of drink which I chose coffee.) Overall this is a fantastic place to go with your another half, or a quick chill and relax area after during lunch or after work time. Highly recommend!

Had such an amazing lunch at the restaurant yesterday. Kudos to the chef for preparing and presenting the dishes in a superb way. Started off with ‘Smoked Duck with Orange’ as an appetizers. I usually doesn’t ‘get along’ with any duck dishes, but was recommended by the chef. So i gave it a try and was honestly amazed by the layers of taste of it. The smoked duck was juicy enough, with appropriate portion of fats that greatly compliment the duck meat. Not to mention that the decision of adding the orange and apple is exceptional, the dishes are beyond my expectations. I ordered Fajita beef as the main course. I like how the chef added a little spiciness to the dish, adding a fresh taste while still preserving the juiciness of the beef. Just nice and good portion if you’re having appetizers or dessert along. Dessert is great as well! I can see the chef has gone through some thoughts process about the plating. Fabulous. Anyway, highly recommend to try out. I believe the dishes and services wouldn’t disappoint you. Very rare to have such a nice and satisfying western food at this area. I could even spend my time to travel here just for the dish. Bravo! đŸ™ŒđŸ»

When I arrived around 5pm, I was the only customer, the staff helped to open the door for me and greeted me. Some small things like this could really make a memorable impression. The food choices are a lot, I ordered their signature chicken chop, iced mocha & creme brulee. I think the food here is the most value for money you can get from all the cafes in JB. They are very generous with the portion of the chicken, and also a lot of brocollies & cauliflowers. In terms of taste, I think it's delicious. They also give complementary bun & some sauce, but make sure you eat the bun while it's still hot, because if left untouched for some time it may become a bit chewy/hard. Next, the iced mocha is nice, tho I think it's a little bit on the sweeter side. Creme brulee is yummy, not too sweet. The interior of this cafe was really well thought with some area of retro vibe posters. It's pretty spacious and comfortable to hang out with friends. Overall I'm really satisfied and would repeat again soon :)

The cafĂ© set-up is kind an avantgarde, simplistic modern yet charactery to the name of the cafĂ© itself. The owner emphasized that all foods are prepared by 100% local cooks without any foreigners involved hence their kitchen is located at the front fragment with transparent windows so that we can view their local chefs neatly dressed in their whitey uniform whipping out the food. The only comment is the furniture setting whereby the chairs are too retrograde furnished, i.e. no cushioning pads or more comfortable type of chairs would be appreciated because personally I felt slight discomfort after long seating. In term of food quality, it has some touch of fine dining style. The food served really felt that the chef puts in the efforts to cook and present the dishes in palatable manner. The recommended “Signature sous vide chicken chop” is appetizing and fulfilling. The chicken meat is well cooked without the dryness, maintaining the juiciness and flavourful-ness from the crisp of the grills. The vegetable part, white cauliflower and the broccoli are cooked at the right texture. It is not overly cooked and maintains its crunchiness. Generous number of vegetables to savour along with the chicken meat. The mashed potato is also well prepared at the right texture (not too mushy and not too grainy). The black pepper gravy sauce could be a little bit extra to complement the dipping on the chops pieces. The recommended truffle mushroom soup is super delicious. Even though the portion is quite small bowl but really worth ordering. It is not your usual canned soup taste but premium five star rating hotel quality mushroom soup. Catch of the day dish is suitable for small eaters. Well presented. The pan seared fish is fresh, crispy crust and chunky. Lots of sauce to go along. Lots of green beans match with cut potato...
