We came here just to enjoy some singing with friends, and overall everything was fine during our session. However, things took a very upsetting turn when we were about to pay and encountered a drunk male customer who openly harassed my friend.

He made a very inappropriate comment, saying things like “I can take them home,” which was extremely disrespectful and made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I was shocked and angry—this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated in any public space.

I appreciate that the staff stepped in and said they do not allow such behavior, which helped protect us in that moment. However, I strongly feel the venue needs to have better control over intoxicated guests, especially when their actions clearly cross the line into harassment.

I’m writing this review not to attack the business, but to raise awareness and make sure other especially women—know to stay alert. I hope the management will take this seriously and continue No one should feel unsafe just for spending time with friend

I stood up for my friend because no one deserves...

The sound system was excellent. The staff was attentive. The service was prompt. The price-value was good (if you spend more on food/drinks than the value of the room, the room is free). The food selection was good. The facilities were excellent... Except for its WiFi. The venue would have been perfect if not for its WiFi, which hardly worked at all. Some of us couldn't connect at all, and those who could found that it's unusable... Can't even access its own KTV website, let alone other websites. Even WhatsApp messages couldn't get through, so we had to use our own data to communicate with our friends who were coming later. With data connection such an important part of everyday life now, and ESPECIALLY since their KTV system allows ordering/queuing songs on its dedicated website through our phone, it's quite inexcusable to offer a WiFi service that doesn't work. I almost wanted to deduct 2 stars instead of just 1.

the food is disgust！！the staff attitude also very rude and unfriendly my bills is around 3k then after meals i bring my own dessert comming the staff stop me and say cannot outside food before booking they also not say got any rules, i asking the staff why connot bring just dessert only she say because them got selling food so customer cannot bring any food but iam coming to celebrate my friend birthday then i cannot bring dessert? what the hell? Is it we don't oder your food or we never spend money? your menu also don't have any option for dessert this part so why i cannot bring my...
