My first impression during my first visit here is "spruced up high standard well maintained" mamak outlet. Modern and very well kept clean with superb lights at the outside dining area. Could list it as the hotel standard mamak outlet. . Service is fast. Immediately before I sat down, the server came and ask what would Iike to have. The food served to my table was brisks too. . Staffs are well dressed up with their formal outfit and they look clean and tidy. . As usual mamak outlet have quite similar dishes with other mamak outlet with reasonable price. A place where diners hang around and chill with friends or families. As mentioned, the difference of this outlet from other outlet is their landscape devor, lightings, uniform and excellent service. . I do recommend to all friends and families to experience...

Very Disappointed – Consistent Poor Experience

I've been visiting Osman Restaurant regularly, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. The drinks lack taste, and the roti canai is very small—definitely not worth the price. You're charging RM1.40, but what you're serving feels more like a RM0.50 portion. Despite raising this issue multiple times, all I ever get is a "sorry," and nothing changes. If you expect customers to pay full price, then both your service and food quality must reflect that value. Am a frequent patron of this establishment however i cant help it but to notice that the services conducted by the workers are one of the worst amongst mamak around.

Wanted to place an order however was left on hold. Requested extra gravy and willing to pay however was denied. Requested for banjir however was served separately(multiple many visits, it's like they're not giving any st to what we order)

Maybe i've been pampered by how over-the-top services i got from other mamak but im pretty sure the services i got here is bad, if...
