I am absolutely appalled by the experience my husband and I had at the this branch. As loyal customers of Starbucks, we expect a certain level of quality and service, but this branch failed us miserably.
We were served stale food that was so hard it was nearly impossible to bite. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they didn't offer a fresh replacement but instead microwaved the same stale food. This is completely unacceptable! The taste and texture remained horrible, and it was evident that the food was well past its prime.
To make matters worse, both my husband and I ended up with stomach infections after consuming this subpar food. This level of negligence is not only disappointing but also dangerous.
