Yiqinyuan Vegetarian Restaurant 怡沁園素食館 — Restaurant in Johor

Table unstable and drinks almost spill over. Chair spoilt and fell on the floor. A male staff has attitude problem. When ordering never tell that we need to wait for half an hour. After waiting for 15 mins we asked again then only tell us. If we have known that before we would not order at all. Food is blant and not nice at all. When paying male staff almost snatch the money from my hand.when asked whether can have the receipt he don't even bother to reply and go ahead to write a total amount only. Isn't receipt suppose to show breakdown of food cost? Really bad...

If possible I want to give 0 review for their impolite service. Too rude including the cashier (Chinese Lady). Asked for fried rice and they could not accommodate to my request by reducing the spicyness. The most important thing is they do no know how to treat a customer. Please learn or take some basic lesson on how to treat your paying customers. Never ever stepping into the restaurant again. The short hair cashier very rude seems like doesn't want any customer.. Even tho we call 8.30pm to order the food earlier to dine in she won't take the order,, she will say that we will eat late n need to clean up..also when customer came to dine in she will tell to her staff not to take orders to dine in only take away.. If the staff welcome them,, she will scold them in Chinese.. Owner pls look into it.. Why open a dine in restaurant if u guys only want...
