HAKO XPRESS TAMPOI — Hotel in Johor

My 5th time staying at this hotel. I have stayed in the queen bedroom, single room and triple room. My experience has alsways been pleasant.

Positive:- Cheerful and helpful staff. Spacious room. Unlike many hotels that try to cramp as many bedrooms as possible by reducing the space in each bedroom, this hotel has just the right space in bedroom to walk around and even pray. Super comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. I had such a good night sleep here. Cold aircon with adjustable temperature. Warm water. Self check in. Very clean and no weird smell in the bedroom.

Negative:- No lift. No Qiblat sign. Hope they can improve on this.

So far, so good for a night stay. The main problem is the shower head is totally broken, and the bathroom is no wet dry divide need to self prepare toiletries, face total , tissue box, and so on. only provide super total and a complimentary bottle water. if you are a light sleep person , not recommend , because the soundproof of the room are very poor , corridor & road site vehicles past through all are clear like beside me. even the moan road is far from hotel. Digitalise check in check...

Nobody come to helping to check in the room. we can contact the manager via the system contact only. taking time around 1 hour to check in. i don't like to book again TRIP.com.already i got very very bad experience in the ( Cubic Botanical Suites by HomeBrickz ) hotel. please go there you can book your self, you book the hotel on the spot. if you book on the spot RM 80.but you book online...
