Itik Salai Masthar really live up to it's name. This branch located inside Food Valet next to Silk highway in Sungai Ramal area. The Food Valet is a food court concept which you can choose to buy other food selection besides Itik Salai Masthar's stall. But, of course the itik salai masak lemak is definitely a must for you-duckmeat-eater out there. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked with the right balance for masak lemak dish.They also have several selections which is ikan keli(smoked catfish) and daging salai (smoked beef).

Each dished served with white rice, sambal belacan, ikan masin and cucumbers per set. You can also add few more condiments to pair with your meal with additional charges. Keep it in mind to come earlier during weekend since the queue will be really long during peak hour.

Friendly service. Dish such as lemak kuning itik salai ( smoked duck with hot tumeric gravy) has an excellent taste compared to that of two other places which I have tasted. Perhap this is more personal to me. I like the way it was smoked and cooked. To others, the way they rate the dish, may exceed mine or otherwise. The toilets are clean, and surau ( a muslim prayer rooms) for muslim and muslimah are available and separate ablution places are conform to shariah. Will recommend to my close friends...

i'd say this is closer to the original compared to the original one in medan selera adikku. i feel like the original one in medan selera adikku had changed, but somehow this one's taste has become better than the original. try this one instead of the original, and i bet you...
