McDonald's Bandar Tun Hussein Onn DT — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Last month, my son celebrated his 9th birthday at BTHO branch. I’m in awe with service given to us by all the staffs. The branch manager, Jasmine, is very kind and easy to communicate with especially with my requests. I coordinated everything very well with her through whatsapp. In the party, she make sure we are comfortable with everything. She even help us how to save ringgit for ice cream cone and advise us to download mcdo app for rewards. The assigned party host, Zul, is exceptional, he is there whole time to assist us in everything we need and even suggested us how to get free gifts. He is attentive with the kid’s request that he even give them water when they ask for it. I appreciate that he ask the kids to finish the food first before starting the game to avoid food wastage. He is a good game master as well and make sure all kids participated in all games. Also, I really like how he reminded me to take photo of our family as remembrance which I usually forgets. The staff in the cafe (forgot to ask her name) is very helpful too to arrange our door gifts and pokemon cards we hide for the games. All in all we had great time celebrating in McDo BTHO. The celebrant and kids really had fun in the party. We didn’t face any problem and we really had great time celebrating. Not to mention that the store is very clean and they had a fast service. I'm a regular customer to this specific branch from the past 4 years.since the mco and school started on March 2021 i went there again after my daughter finish her afternoon school by 6.30pm.i though of taking away instead of dining in due to big crowd in the restaurant.as I was going to enter the entrance to make my food purchase the staff in charge to scan and let in customer told me that i cant bring in my daughter to do a take away.in return i told her that I'm alone with my daughter and she is just 7 so I cant leave her outside without any supervision of my own family.but she keep on telling me that I'm not allowed to bring my daughter in the restaurant if I wish to do a take away.My question to the in charge manager do you think this act is acceptable.just imagine it happens to your own family will you let your 7 years old daughter to stay out of the restaurant while you are buying food inside not knowing what's happening to her outside.come on lah even if there is a rules like that u guys need to use common sense that no body is going to leave the child outside just like that.please enhance this kind of rules by using common sense and...

Visited on 29/2/2020 and MacDonald was having special promotion on that day. Special promo means crowded, but their staffs still able to handle the crowd with a BIG SMILE on their face. Especially for the one who handled "pick up" counter, a big thumb up for her.

There was an incident where a lady (customer) tried to argue, saying the display showing her number (even though the display wasn't accurate, which I think MacDonald should do something on it but not their staff). She forced the staff to give her the food she ordered. The staff, with good attitude, explained about the problem of the display and asked her to wait patiently. Most important, the staff explained it with a BIG SMILE on her face even though she was so busy at that time to handle the crowd (usual case in Msia when Msian see promo).

I think this Malay lady staff (would like to mention her name but I forgot😅) has made this McD branch worth...
