Restoran Chuan Mei Zi 川妹子私房菜 (Cheras Traders Garden) — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

This was my third visit to this restaurant, and sadly, it will be my last. I'm deeply disappointed. I'm giving it one star this time, as zero isn't an option.

I ordered the tofu dish (私房豆腐) as shown in the picture below, but it arrived looking completely different from what was depicted in the menu, even the type of tofu itself. Despite having ordered this tofu dish before, this time it was a letdown. When my family and I tasted the tofu, it was sour.

Upon settling the bill, the cashier asked about our experience with the dishes. We mentioned the issue with the spoiled tofu, to which she simply responded, "the tofu itself normally will be a bit sour", without offering any discount or a satisfactory explanation.

It's disappointing that they seem unwilling to accept customer feedback. Despite any positive aspects like the pleasant atmosphere, the overall experience was marred by their poor attitude towards customer concerns. Needless to say, I won't...

One of the best Chinese restaurant I've ever tried. Every dish we ordered is above expectation. I recommend to dine in a group, because some of the item they only serve one size like the sour and spicy fish soup, and I bet U wanna try everything on the menu. A must try is the fish soup and beef stew. Not forgetting the skewers too. They even compliment with their homemade guilingao. Next I will try the duck tongue and live crayfish. Btw the place is very clean and aircond is cold. And if U are banana like me, just refer to their beautiful menu. Trust me everything U order will not disappoint. Even their white rice is nice and fragrant. Their Chinese tea also infused...

I was disappointed with the quality of the food during my visit. The meat was not fresh and had an unpleasant, tough texture, as if it had been recooked multiple times. Additionally, the price charged was much higher than expected for the standard of food provided, and the service charges were added to the bill, which felt unjustified given the overall experience. To make matters worse, despite the hot weather during noon, the air conditioning was not switched on, making the dining environment...
