ZUS Coffee - Cheras Traders Square — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Wanted to introduce my family to ZUS, so ordered delivery for x2 hot cappuccino, 1 cold latte & 1 sparkly pineapple thunder. Delivery was prompt and packaging were great. Cold latte and thunder taste fine but hot cappuccino taste terrible like a huge cup of diluted milk with no foam at all. Based on the photo can clearly see the ice latte has darker color than hot cappuccino. By right cappuccino should have more espresso with some foamy milk and less milk than latte.

Both hot drinks were for my parents and I got lectured for hours on why I waste money on bad coffee like this when instant coffee taste better. I had to make coffee for them in order to soothe the situation.

I’ve been drinking hot cappuccino from Zus, D’pulze, Cyberjaya branch and they always do a good job in balancing the espresso, milk & foam. Your staffs should learn from this branch.

Ordered 2 cups of coffee, waited for 58min to get my coffee. Asked the staff several times why is my coffee not ready. All the staff reply was "preparing, preparing" don't tell me you need half an hour to prepare a cup of coffee? My friends ordered their coffee 10 min after me have all received their coffee. I asked them again, all I got was the same reply "preparing". An hour for 2 cups of coffee? Go fly kite. I raised my my voice after long awaiting, only the staff wiling to check and found they miss out my order. No apologies given or anything. Second time? No thanks. Had the worst experience with the staff there today. Ordered via Grab Pickup, when time is up I went inside to pick up (1mocha n 1puff). The staff told me the puff is not ready yet. Apparently none of the 3 staff there willing to put it into the oven to heat up. After heat up, no one is willing to take it out from the oven so it just sits inside, while I'm waiting there, and they are busy with other things, like I'm transparent. I'm the only customer present in the shop standing in front of them. Grab allocated at least 15mins before pickup time, and I have to wait another 10mins there just to see my puff sitting there waiting to be heated up....
