I would like to share an unpleasant experience I had while dining at Sushi Mentai kajang today.

My friend and I arrived for a meal, and I chose a table for four people. it has always been our practice to sit at a four-person table whenever it’s just the two of us. However, shortly after sitting down, a large group came in. To my surprise and embarrassment, the waiter immediately asked me to vacate the table and move. Because there were fewer of us, this made me feel disrespected and extremely uncomfortable in front of other customers.

I noticed that at other tables nearby, there were one or two people sitting at four-person tables, yet only I was asked to move. Additionally, the restaurant has no specific policy that requires customers to choose tables according to the number of people in their party.

As customers, we simply wanted to enjoy a pleasant meal .However, the service attitude we encountered left us feeling very dissatisfied. I understand that the restaurant might need to adjust seating arrangements, but at the very least, there should have been a reserved table sign to indicate this. The situation could have been handled more tactfully and respectfully, instead of causing us...

Right off the bat, I always preferred Sushi Mentai because of cheap and quality sushi. This sushi Mentai restaurant in kajang fulfilled the two main criteria which seals the deal to make me the regular customer of this restaurant. The workers are responsive and I get my order in 10-15 minutes. Very efficient. The tables are a lot and comfortable. The sushi variety is maintained. However there are times where they only make red plates and lesser yellow plates which might be due to they want us customer to take the expensive plates. I have no problem with that, food is good. The tea is good and fresh only cost rm1 for a huge jug of tea. Definitely a must to order. And the freshness of the sushi is biblical. It's like it's straight out of the tank. However I hope they improve on ordering, maybe start using qr ordering system so customer won't have to call waitress to serve us. It get hectic with many customer sometimes and it's hard to get waiter attention. Otherwise...
