OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Langkawi Airport — Restaurant in Kedah

My visit to Old Town White Coffee at Langkawi International Airport this morning (July 21, 2025) was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival around 9 AM, the staff were openly eating and chatting amongst themselves, completely ignoring waiting customers. There was no greeting or acknowledgement, and we had to wait for them to finish their personal activities before we could even order. This is highly unprofessional for an establishment in an airport, where efficiency and good service are paramount. When we finally did order, the staff member behind the counter was visibly unfriendly and made faces, which made us feel unwelcome. To add to the frustration, despite a full menu displayed, the only food available was Nasi Lemak. If other items are not being served, the menu should clearly state this to avoid misleading customers. Lastly, the way orders were called out by loudly and aggressively pressing the service bell was disruptive and contributed to a very unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, the lack of basic customer service, misleading menu, and rude staff made for a very poor experience. I hope the management addresses these...

The staff & service was superb..the food & drinks also good for my taste.. however the online payment method keep offline. I was here almost 10days for LIMA 2023 event, and everyday the staff keep saying "oh, today online payment was offline"..It important to improve online payment as the cafe was served at airport and not all people come bring the cash..thanks to friendly staff..however I only...

Drinks- i saw your worker have already made the drinks and put in a big jug for the old town white coffee. It is not freshly made!!!!!!!

Staff- they are very nice but look bored and not at the counter.
