Pizza Hut Delivery Padang Mat Sirat (FCD) — Restaurant in Kedah

Absolutely ridiculous place ...AC not working.. food took 30+ mins to be served . When served fries , absolutely drenched in oil ... Asked to not add cheese and mushrooms in the medium pizza after waiting for 30 mins still the pizza had cheese and mushrooms. . When asked one lady for the delay who works in the branch (( i assume she was the manager )) says i dont know any thing, dont ask me .. And yea, coke where served hot . When said , then they replaces with coke cans .. They replaced the medium pizza 🍕 which took another 10 mins , and that also was very badly made , the taste was awful . All in all we had to wait almost 40 mins to be served so we had to just eat whatever was given as kids couldn't hold on more .. Absolutely disappointed...

If I don't give one star I can't review. Hygiene is suspect. Finger marks over all the displays . The staff were to busy messing around to care about the queue and let the one girl struggle even though there are two tills. Then comes the food. Oh no they call it pizza hut and that's where the pizza stops. Tasteless rubbish it's the worst pizza I've ever had and it's sure convinced me never to go again to any pizza hut . Looked best when I threw in the dustbin , disgusting! Dam I went again 🤣🤣🤣🤣the only difference is the staff were very helpful the food however is nothing like a pizza it's just total crap. How can anyone allow this stuff to be sold to the public it's just so bad 😭😭 please do not eat in pizza...

On 2nd October 2024, I went to Pizza Hut Delivery (Padang Matsirat Branch) Langkawi Kedah around 9:30 pm. The branch not closed yet but the staff (women) refused to take my order although I want to order over MYR 100 meals. She also show her rude attitude towards me (please check CCTV). I will give bad review on Google platform afterwards so locals and tourists will avoid this restaurant. Please investigate this matter and terminate this kind of staff because this kind of person will give bad reputation of Pizza Hut business especially in international tourist spot such as this...
