Today i went to this cafe and GOD the service was nice (eventho some of the waiters are not familiar with the menu selections, I can't blame them tho because the cafe was just newly launched)

The kitchen is well organized i love it. That's what we call a good management. 10/10 for the cafe layout.

So the menus are good, but i needed more coffee than the audacity of a Karen. I ordered Salted caramel latte and Iced Chocolate. The prices are super cheap. Now the taste. Well the first sip of my latte was 'woah' super sweet aromatic coffee and smooth texture and perfect. But after a while..about 2-3 minutes the vanilla from their Hershey salted caramel took over and ruined everything. Which gives the coffee a "kopi ice with condensed milk vibe" it's a bummer! great coffee seed but the syrup just hell nahh. Maybe i should order cafe au lait for my next visit. The chocolate drinks? Just straight up melted chocolate again... The chocolate syrup ruined everything. It is the best if they choose specialized syrups for beverages instead of commercialised like Hersey's. Hersey's syrups are a topping which is quite overpowering. For that I'm giving a 5/10. SAD, a little bit of a let down. Sokay will try the...

Personally wouldnt even give any stars. Arrived & placed our order at 8.45pm. Place wasnt even that packed. Ordered 2 main dishes, 2 drinks & 1 side dish. Only got our drinks. Thought it was just slow service but one hour later couldnt take it anymore when we saw other customers being served while we still didnt get our food. Mind you, I counted 4 waiters who were not kitchen staff, loitering around the counter. They greeted every single customer that walked in the door and every customer that left but couldn't even bother to query why we didnt get our food yet. Mind you, with my 2 kids running about we would've been very noticeable plus we were sitting right near the entrance. It wasnt until I walked up to the counter to ask did we find out they didnt even key in the order for our food, just the drinks. Did they really think we were just waiting around enjoying our drinks? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Gave up and left. What a waste of time. Could've at least compensated with free drinks or something but we were too fed up to even bother asking. Ended up ordering texas chicken drive thru and got our food after 5...

Overall it was nice experience. The food portion is big and mouthful. If you a small eater, please share. The latte was light, creamy yet enough caffeine. Latte without sugar was very fine for me. We ordered double beef burger, smoked burger and smoked duck spaghetti. Everyting was tasteful and mouthful.

One small thing, I requested additional sauce but the waiter did not inform me that they will charge for it. Although I did not mind paying, I did let them know that the best is for them to inform the customer earlier that there will be chargers for that.
