Been eating here since small, the best kho cha bi food place in sp 👍🏻 Walking in the hole in wall place, you will be transported into the 80s. No fancy decor, just the simple set up and time stand still aura. The place is not hot or humid, check out the olden days high ceiling build up, if only they built similar way these days then lesser usage of AC. Menu is not long, I think less than 15 but trust me less is more. Focussed on what you do best. Over doing menu is the biggest mistakes in the modern culinary world. According to one of the lady bosses I spoke to, this restaurant was established since 1940 by her grand uncle. During that time, he was carrying a bamboo stick on the shoulder with rice at the front and dishes at the back and was selling in front of this building. According to the old people verbal saying, during the second world war, the building owner invited him for joint venture in restaurant.
