Suriani's Kandar Rice — Restaurant in Kelantan

The worst Nasi Kandar I have ever been and experienced!! I am from penang and I surely know how Nasi Kandar restaurants should have been. How customers should be treated even from non- nasi Kandar restaurants. When we entered the restaurant, They just look at us and did not come and take our order. When we asked for order, all of them were making stupid face as if we already knew about their stupid systems! For an outsider and first time being here. This is the worst ever! Mind you i went there around 7.15 IN THE MORNING! Not many people in the restaurant! And all other staffs were sitting and standing at the counter DOING NOTHING. AND NOT EVEN ONE OF THEN HAD THE COURTESY TO ASK US FOR ORDER AS THEY THEMSELVES CAN SEE WE...

Horrible mamak stall ever.. have to self service and pay first before eat.. it should be ok if they inform earlier after pickup the food.. the stupid outsider indian guy stand at counter looking to me making some stupid face as i did not make payment.. when i make payment he ask why did not pay then when i ask why did not inform. he remain silent.. 100% not recomended.. very bad service even they cant understand english nor malay.. “Layan diri” sign board were hang up near to ceiling and not even human...

Though I only dined here just a few times, this place is horrible, the food tasted bland, not very much flavour unlike other Mamaks. The dishes are also very overpriced for a Kelantan mamak place. You'll only eat here if you're hungry or want to hangout, since this place opens 24 hours. If you ask me, I recommend you to go to the mamak down the street near the big mosque or better, mamak curry house near the state royal palace, they serve the best roti canais and food in...
