Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I placed an order online in the pizza hut website around 5.45 pm, 24th Dec, 2022 & was sent the wrong order. I immediately called the general line & informed about it. I was told that the outlet's manager will call me. About an hour later, at 6.45 pm, I received a call & I was asked to come in person to send back the wrong items & to take my food!! Ridiculous!! For a mistake done by pizza hut staff it's not fair to ask the customer to come in person for the exchange. I went to Aeon mall, found parking after 1/2 hr & went to pizza hut & asked for my order. No one knew about it. Frustrated I called the person who contacted me & horrified to find out that Pizza hut Bukit tinggi is the one in Giant & not in Aeon !? I asked him to just make a refund & he said it's not possible. So went all the way there to collect my pizza & came back home with cold , dry, hard pizza at 8 pm. I've to mention that I was given 2 regular, dry VEGGIE PAN PIZZAS for free, which everyone in the house politely declined. Seriously pizza hut!! Disheartening! Can't the compensation at least be something useful, like free vouchers! Now I have 2 more veggie pizzas which no one else wants & I've to throw away. After all this trouble pizza hut makes me feel guilty for wasting food. Poorest customer...

Very dissapointed with the service. We went to the Pizza Hut on 6 March 2023 at about 7.08pm. First when we order for a different size of pizza, the staff by the name of Aina said that they only have persona pizzas and no other sizes are available. Then, when we were waiting for our order, we noticed she said there are other sizes pizzas are available. ARE YOU TRYING TO SELL THE PERSONAL PIZZA THAT YOU STOCKING UP FIRST????? EVEN THOUGH THE PIZZAS WERE STOCKED THEN WHY OUR ORDERS WERE GETTING DELAYED????? The staffs were not alert about the customer's order. Those who came behind us got their orders first, and when we asked about our order they responded they don't know. How can a staff say "I don't know" of a customer's order. Obviously this shows that they are not attentive about customer's order. We have to wait almost an hour to get our order. And finally 2 of the staffs bravely telling "you want to complaint, complaint lah" instead of saying sorry for delaying our order.

WORST SERVICE EVER RECOMMED TO GO TO OTHER BRANCHES NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF SERVICE IN ANY OTHER PIZZA...

went there around 11.40am today and cash out at 12.42pm, the restaurant is without an aircond, it is so hot and makes u uncomfortable to dine in, but we still proceed with it because my daughter were craving for it. There is only one waitress on floor and she look so tense with no smile on her face and barely speaking to me. when we came in, no greet, no smile and seems like not even welcoming us in the store. This is my second visit here and i was facing the same issues on my first visit as well. Come on Pizza Hut, if you were having short of staff, try to employed more. when it reached 12.00pm, more guess were coming in and there only one girl to serve all of the customer on floor. During the cash out time, I did ask her, are you working alone, she said yes! another girl are coming in at...
