We had our lunch here today and we ordered grass jelly drink to staff A. The receipt came to us was stated berry jelly which is more expensive. After that my husband told staff A that we ordered grass jelly, not berry jelly. And the staff A told his friend, staff B for correction (staff B typed the receipt at the computer). After that we waited for the new correct receipt but hasn't been delivered to our table. Few minutes later the staff B put a glass of berry jelly on our table and just went away quickly and we did not have chance to talk to her. She left the shop as her work shift had finished. Then we asked staff C to replace the drink with the correct order one and she gave us the grass jelly drink after I had explaining everything. I wondered why they treated us like this. Not even say sorry at all and treated us with sour face. I was talking Malay language with them, why still gave us wrong order? The service also so slow compared to other branch in Tesco Extra Shah Alam. Should improve your service. Please learn how to say sorry when you obviously make mistake. And please learn how to smile. I went today at 3.30pm ( to avoid crowd during lunch time) however 4 tables were on reserved. There's 2 single table available ( yet to be clear & clean) and i said would like to combine the table (since we are 5ppl). We waited quite sometimes for the table to be clear. When the table cleared Ii volunteer to help since looks like they shorthanded. But the malay girl manager refused my help. To disappointment we walk out from there. My point to highlights to CRS mgmnt: • pls look into manpower shortage at all your outlet • staff attitudes / customer service needs a lot of improvement . Kudos to CRS mgr & staffs of Lotus Shah Alam where they managed bigger customer crowd with care and polite. This is my sincere review for future of good eatery...
Read moreOrdered ayam bakar oh semm half chicken via food panda. Instead of giving half chicken they only gave me one small price of drumstick. Idk that the staffs can’t differentiate between a half chicken and a small piece of drumstick. 🤣 The chicken cost was about RM37 ,but got a small piece of chicken. Very very bad service. The staffs need to be taught how to differentiate between a half chicken and a piece of drumstick. Seeing their review already know how good staffs they have. If can’t serve the customers properly, just close the restaurant, don’t waste people’s time and money...
