A&W G Village — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Bad experience with the cashier who took order for us name Najwa (but the receipt name Puteri). She never looking at us when taking order, 1st question she asked "having here or take away?" We answer "having here" but she is dreaming and hiding behind the POS, when I looking at here from site, she is still no respond after 5 second, she repeated her question again "having here or take away?" From started until end she also never have eyes contact with us.. Well done A&W. But i will give 5 stars to one of staff (name Brahim) who take care of outside delivery item. 6.15pm...They served me luke warm Coney Fries (so disappointing) and luke warm tough fries to go with my fried chicken. Only good thing was the root beer. When I complained, the staff couldn't seem to understand what I was saying. Premises could be cleaner. Being pretty closely located to KFC and McDonald's, one would think they'd try to keep up with the competition but this is not the case. What a shame as this branch is fairly new and alot of investment was made I'm sure. A&W!! this outlet will close shop soon if it continues...

This place is spotless. Its wonderful. It has plenty of area to move around, comfortable cushioned chairs (gotta love those tall seating chairs with backrests) and tables with accessible sockets. Outdoor seats are clean as well. We ordered their signature root beer float (RM 5.50) and curly fries (RM 6.90), which they gave a generous amount of. Food is served almost as immediately too.
