Building exterior and interior is pretty much as is without much renovation, perhaps still in the process of touching up. Parking is somewhat OK, should be enough to handle the normal crowd. The left side (near to counter) is rather warm, while it is air conditioned on the right. Tables arrangement also seem somewhat weird, probably also because they are as is. Service is DIY here.

Overall, while I feel the meet is slightly hard compared to other saito fish meat (just individual taste), portion is good with acceptable price. One hour plus waiting. Water order also waiting too long. Still Ipoh road Yong tau foo speed is better. Disappointed and they also mix up our order.
