I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with an unpleasant experience I recently had at your establishment, which I feel warrants your immediate attention.
While I understand that this is the Ramadan month, and that your staff, particularly the Malay staff, may be working under some fatigue, I have no issue with the delay in service. However, I find it unacceptable to be treated with disrespect and a lack of professionalism, particularly by a manager.
On the day in question, I visited your restaurant at approximately 3:00 PM. After ordering through the kiosk, I approached the counter to request a specific item, namely a thigh piece of chicken. The manager on duty, who was wearing a shawl, responded by showing visible signs of irritation and distaste towards my request. Despite this, I chose to wait patiently for my order number to be called.
When my number appeared, the manager called it out in an abrupt and dismissive manner, throwing my order onto the counter without any regard for customer service. She then turned away to pack the next order without acknowledging my presence. At that point, the restaurant was not busy, so the behavior seemed completely unwarranted.
This incident was not an isolated case. It marks the third time I have encountered such attitude from this particular manager. As a former restaurant manager myself, I fully understand the pressures and stresses that come with the job. However, I firmly believe that this is not an appropriate or professional way to treat customers, especially from someone in a managerial position who should be setting a positive example for the rest of the team.
I am deeply disappointed that this behavior was exhibited by a manager, and I trust you will take the necessary steps to address this issue to ensure that future customers do not experience...

Let's be honest, you know what you're getting at KFC. The familiar red and white, the standard menu – it's a predictable comfort. However, my recent visit to the KFC at Razak City Sungai Besi offered a pleasant surprise, particularly when it came to that iconic fried chicken. From the moment I walked in, there was a noticeable aroma in the air – that classic KFC scent, but somehow… amplified. It was inviting, almost beckoning. And when the chicken arrived, it lived up to the promise. The skin, oh that glorious skin! It possessed a level of crispiness that bordered on perfection, each bite yielding a satisfying crunch. More than just crispy, it was aromatic, carrying a depth of flavor that I haven't quite experienced at other KFC locations. It truly felt, dare I say, heavenly.
Beyond this standout feature, the experience was standard KFC fare. The ordering process was efficient, the designated eating area was as expected, and the self-cleanup routine is, well, the self-cleanup routine. You place your order, you enjoy your meal, and you take responsibility for your tray. No surprises there.
The Verdict: While the overall mechanics of KFC Razak City Sungai Besi align with the chain's standard operating procedure, the quality of their fried chicken, specifically the crispy and aromatic skin, elevates it in my book. If you're a KFC enthusiast and find yourself in the vicinity, it's worth a visit for a taste of what seems to be a particularly well-executed version of their signature dish. You might just find yourself experiencing that familiar flavor with a newfound...
Read moreTo be honest why deliver if you can’t fulfill what’s being ordered. You give Milos that’s just water. Are yall so blind or busy to not even check what’s being placed for human beings to eat. I would choose to say ignorant. Chicken pieces are getting smaller and you guys mix hot spicy with original. Come on working here day and night can’t say which is which? Potatoes are not cooked. Trying to induce food poisoning for a total branch shutdown? Are yall affected by US tariff and cutting cost? I cannot think of that seeing the number of customers and turnovers you guys have.
Please improve on your service.
You guys are barely surviving due to the brand. I’m not saying entirely KFC sucks or whatsoever. I’m saying this branch is not suitable to be handling such a big brand.
I rarely leave reviews if you see my record. Mostly good places I just rate stars. This is a testament how horrendous your service level was, while it includes waiting time and delivering wrong promises to your customers.
To the people serving there, you don’t have to yell for the orders and grunge to be picked or be rude like we are trespassing borders illegally. Give respect to earn respect. Learn customer service proper no matter what level you are. It will...
