1000/10 why? obviously because of the cheap BUT DAMN GOOD drinks. Always with the best boba comparing with Tealive & Chatime (or BingXue being next door). Went here in total probably almost 12 times, all 12 times customer service always top notch (regardless having like so many different staff almost everything i came in). The procedure is straightforward. You order, pay, get your receipt/order number, wait a bit then enjoy your drinks already. Too simple to complain about anything since you get your drinks in like 5 mins. Everything on their menu is delicious, everything! Teas, fruit teas, ice cream. The only downside that I rarely encounter is their drinks quality sometimes not consistent (but for most times I had 10/10 drinks), just the few times maybe bcs of staff changing. Other than that, it’s considered a powerful drinks shop despite being only about hundreds square feet in size. 🤍🧋 CUSTOMER SERVICE + DRINKS + LAYOUT + CLEANLINESS + DECOR = all great. 🙌🏻

Terrible staffs with terrible customer service. I bought crispy-o sundae. When I poke in with my spoon into the ice cream, there's a big ass hole in the middle. So basically, the ice cream is half the cup only. When I ask them to add ice cream cause there's a big ass hole in the middle, they say they 'timbang' the ice cream when they prepare. I did not see the person who do my ice cream timbang anything and even if she did, you're telling me you guys INTEND to leave a empty space in the cup?? Just skip this place and go to bingxue right next to it cause they don't have air holes in their ice cream (you actually get a much bigger portion) and the staffs are actually...

I went to Mixue to buy an ice cream cup and asked not to put any toppings because I wanted to give it to my kids. I didn’t choose the cone ice cream because it would be messy. She insisted that she couldn’t, saying she was following the SOP, but I didn’t mind paying RM5 for the plain ice cream. Could you please be considerate?
