Lisa Homestay, KLCC view homestay with Home Theatre — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I booked this place for my family because I'm familiar with the area, since I also live nearby. The price was RM600+ for 2 nights for 6 adults and 2 kids, I would say it's reasonable. You get a killer night view with the KL skyline on full display! The host was also very quick to respond to messages and they seem to have a very clear SOP, so there was no issue with checking in.

That being said, I still have to dock two stars, for two reasons: Housekeeping SOP was not the best: Toilet paper was not replenished in the homestay upon check-in. Upon noticing, I informed the host, and they sent their housekeepers to give us toilet rolls sometime during the night of the first day. I also noticed that the kitchen cabinet doors were oily and it looked as though the cleaners did not do a good job at cleaning in-between different guests. Same goes for the carpets/rugs in the house, they feel rather oily? If cannot maintain, better don't put those carpets. This gives me a bad impression on the housekeeping staff, host please do spot-check from time-to-time.

Lack of access cards: I have to say that this was the main pain point. With this unit being a homestay that accommodates 6+ people, I would hope that the host can give 2 carparks, since people are going to be sharing this unit with extended family who most likely travel in separate cars. But even if you have only one carpark for guests, it is STILL not an excuse to provide just ONE access card. With only one card, whenever family members need to go out, it means that EVERYONE needs to go together, OR someone needs to go and tap and activate the lift for them, then later on collect them from the lift lobby once more. this is VERY inconvenient. Tell me if I am wrong. Key duplication is relatively inexpensive.

I had the best stay with my family here! Normally, if I book somewhere else at a price like this, Netflix won't work properly, and I have to sign in to my own account lol. There are a lot of shops nearby: KK Mart, Mixue, Mamak, etc. The host is very helpful, and I will surely book this place again in the future!
