Somebody definitely need to do something about the seating arrangement here yeah. 3 hours ago the waiter came to kick us away from the table said this is the owner's table and they're coming in any minute. Then nothing happened after an hour. Table's still empty. So our birthday girl who's also 7 months pregnant needed somewhere to sit had to have a rest there and the waiter came again saying this is the owner's table. If I were the owner and I saw this group is bringing all the fun and vibes to the party I'd totally gave my table to them. It's a Friday night and we're bringing all the fun and dance to the floor!!!! 3rd time after 3 hours the table is still empty and the waiter came to kick us away again saying this is the owner's table!!!!! Where the world is the owner really!!!! Hello Mr or Misses Owner of Bambino, don't you see we have a birthday girl who's 7 months pregnant and bringing 15 people to the bar dancing, having fun and making an awesome party?????? Hope you train your staff to be human again and hope you understand what Customer Centricity means. We're not asking for anything ridiculous just basic gratitude and respect here!!!!!! 🙏🏻 We ordered bottles and bottles of wine and liquor and this is what we got?????????? A bartender barely knows how to open a wine bottle took 30 minutes and still needed a colleague's help. And gave us plastic glasses for a bottle of good wine???????? If we never go to the bar to ask for exchange we'd never know they actually have glass glasses!!!!! Please throw away all the plastic glasses if you are selling good wines!!!!! Disappointing Experience at Bambino Club, Damansara

We booked a table at Bambino Club in Damansara a month in advance for our girlfriend bachelorette party, expecting a great night out. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we anticipated. Despite booking early, we were given a terrible table positioned so far behind which is isolated from the main area, that we couldn’t even see the dance floor—just a pillar blocking our view. We go the club out purposed is want to enjoy the DJ and music not on the separated corner, is just so ridiculous! The explanation that they gave us so confusing 🫤 they did not explained the arrangement of table in at once!

For a minimum spend of RM1,500, we expected much better treatment and placement. It felt like our reservation was not valued at all. Definitely not worth the price, and we won’t be returning.
