Service was good - they were patient and explained things in detail.

Food preparation was not delayed (somebody had warned me against this), an acceptable wait only.

Now coming to the main point - food taste. Good - white mutton kurma was very good. Chicken Tikka was also good. Not bad - vegetable biriyani, sev puri, samosa, bread basket - good, nothing to aaahhh about, but nothing to complain at all. Bad - only the pappadom set was not up to the mark - it was soft and not crispy.

And they gave free warm water without asking - a practise the restaurants are not doing now, to push bottled water sales. Good job. Giving a glass of water to a visitor is our Indian custom and you are following it.

It was not crowded, as it was raining and may be they could give more attention to each customer and get food ready faster.
