Here’s what I had : 🍽 Food : 🐷𝐈𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 - 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐨, 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐣𝐨𝐰𝐥, 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐬, 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐤 Each cut was divine, melted in your mouth and was so flavourful !

🐓𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 The chicken had a thinly battered crust was juicy and soft

🥧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐢𝐞 One of my fav’s !! They are def known for their pies for a reason 👩🏽‍🍳

🥗 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 A great healthy option to balance between all the meats !

🍝 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫 You can never go wrong with keeping things simple 🙌🏽

🥓 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐛𝐬 This dish was dying for my attention! Ribs that fall off the bone and melt in your mouth ? YES PLS - best part it doesn’t have that strong smell that a lot of ribs / meat have !

🥤Drinks : 🍸𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐤 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞 Malibu, Amaro, Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Latik and Coconut flakes

🍸 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 Bombay Bramble, Ginger Juice, Rosemary Syrup, Lemon Juice and Ginger Beer

Both drinks were really good and super unique, the Latik would be my favourite as its more fruity and sweet ❤️

💡 Tip : Underground parking is available at @republik.dh 🤵🏽‍♀️ Service : Service here is really exceptional!

🚗 Location : Block 15-G , 17-G, 19-G, Jalan Media Setia 1, Bukit Damansara (yes they have 3 lots with ample seating, bar seats, floor seats and sofa area’s) !

They will try to SCAM you. Please look at your bills carefully, the third experience with this place where they pulled a fast one. My experience is at the bukit damansara outlet, I don't know if same thing happens at the other locations as well.

First time, two people on the same table were given bills for bottles that were already paid for. If we did not compare bills the next day, would not have realised. My wife had to go and then they reversed the transaction 2 days later. (Maybe accidental)

Second time, they charged RM 3 K ++ bill to two of my cards. Saying the first card didn't work. Few days later I saw the transaction. Charged on both cards. We made some noise and complained and few days later they banked the money back to me. ( second accident? Hmmm)

Third and most recent, we were careful to pay for each bottle as it came. End of the evening there were three more drinks to pay for, asked for bill and lo and behold there was a charge for another bottle in there. Extra RM 550. (Still an accident ? )

3rd time with the same person , over a duration of 1 year and a half perhaps ,is no more an accident, this place purposely slips drinks in your bill and double charges you. They also know once people have had a few drinks they might not notice and take advantage of that fact. So please be careful... yes good food and drinks but they...

Edited to update response from the place. They responded within half an hour and didn't give any excuse. Taking ownership of (even a slight) mistake is not a practice today, but they did. Great. I will definitely visit them again.

Date of visit 06 Apr 2025 A good quiet place with decent service. Waiters could be trained to be more customer centric.

We went there for a beer and watch football, didn't try their food at all. Overall satisfactory. The beer was chilled cold, nice to have.

It is on the pricier side. But not too bad. The place was dead, not many customers, no noise. But the entire area was like that, so it may not be a problem of this joint alone.

One bad thing happened - the waiters were really good, service was fast, they replaced the cashew when we said it was not good. Only thing is while we were watching EPL match, the channel changed to Indian Domestic Cricket match. The waiters were like they don't know who did it or how it happened. That was bad. They fixed it in 2-3 minutes, but this was bad. May be there was no crowd and the waiters were bored and they wanted to watch some sports themselves. Hope the management take notice of this and educate the waiters. Otherwise overall a...
