This is supposed to be the best fish head noodles in town. The legendary "Say Lau" In Cantonese or 4 stories flat translates to English meaning. Parking is very difficult as it is near a residency area where parking is 1st come 1st taken and very limited. Most cars park along the busy road. The small shop occupies 2 lot and extends out to the empty land before the main road with canopies. Sit inside is cooler as compared to sitting under the canopy in the afternoon heat. Ordering is fast. I go for my normal fried carp head meehoon with milky soup base. The soup is flawless. Good till the last drop. The meehoon is the hardy type and would not break easily. Their signature selling point. In Cantonese it is called "cross bridge meehoon". What disappointed me on this visit was, the fish head was all bones and very minimal meat. I noticed they had extended their menu to include fish meat which are more pricey. I would have rated 4 stars if not for more bones. Pay more if you...

They have 2 Shops connected and located on the ground floor beside the narrow main road. Quite a challenge to look for parking. I just park on the road curb and ensure no summons. Ordered Fried Fish Meat with thick BeeHoon Noodles. Fish Head, aka meat, are really deep fried, and one must be careful it has many small mini bones. It is advisable not to talk too much while eating to avoid mini bones accidently being swallowed into the thoroughly can be painful and harmful. I have tonwait for more than 15mins before my bowl of fish Head Noodles arrival. The seating area is spacious but hot. One tent to sweat eating here though there are fans. They also have Yong Tau Foo. I rate...

Aunty suggested that we go to look for this fish head noodles that she eaten few decades ago since we were in KL yesterday.

They have 2 types of fish head noodles, those fried and unfried and the fish paste. And the liquor comes for free for you to pour to enhance the taste.

Only 1 type of noodles ie vermicelli the thick ones but I am ok as I always like vermicelli. Their chilli’s if top with lime even tastes better.

Price is also very reasonable, big portion and of course the taste is really good, I think this will be my top 1 fish head...
