DLife Vegetarian Restaurant - Kepong branch — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Its true that their foods are good but their customer service is indeed terrible and disappointed. We had our food ordered (3 foods and 1 beverage) at 6.45pm and I found out they keyed in one of the dishes wrongly and it was rectified when I found out after 20mins and it was already 7pm but our foods are not yet ready to start prepare. We were continued to wait another 20 mins for our foods to be served and it was already 7.25pm (2 foods and 1 beverages all well-served and 1 food remaining). We finished all the foods but our last ordered food is completely forgotten ( the food was cancelled at the end when I was paying the bill) and I was hoping the staffs could give us some explanations with good attitude but the way they responded was totally arrogance and the guy even blamed it to the crowds and how busied they were and lacked of staffs at the kitchen and stuffs, we totally understand how busied you guys were but at least you guys should apologise for the food served late/ no served with sincere attitude.I’m not saying customer is always right but if you were a customer and experienced such situation from a restaurant, how would you feel? Had dinner with mum on December 6th (Wednesday) and we ordered three dishes: Wild Mushroom Soup Salad Daily Special (Kon Po Mushroom Rice) In terms of taste, I would give mushroom soup and salad a high score of 4/5, but kon po rice gets a low rate because the seasoning seems too sweet for us.

The main reason for the low score of our visit was that my mother and I had mild poisoning (diarrhea and vomiting all night) after dinner. I sincerely hope that the restaurant owner take this matter seriously, check whether the ingredients or seasonings are fresh or expired. In addition, two problems were found. First, there are many changes on the menu, but the presentation method is very messy. It would be better if the new menu can be reorganized and printed. Been discovering vegetarian food in Kepong-PJ-Cheras area.

I would say they served a variety of vegetarian foods from noodles to rice. Foods were quite tasty, just don't expect the food would taste something beyond. Food portion is big and sufficient.

I highly suggested they should update their menu as it was worn out and some of the foods were not available anymore. (hopefully don't increase the price as the price now is just nice).

Will I come again? Most Probably.
