They do not reply to your email at all!? We have made the booking and have paid and no choice but to go ahead with the stay. The receptionist is extremely bad in her English and terrible attitude and they charges lots of extra things like foreigners charge and extra small mattress for Rm 40. There is no mini fridge, too few tv channels, no bathtub there. The room is tiny! We booked their best room with the window. (It is impossible to open the window as it is facing a heavy traffic road with mega construction going on and it is very bright & glaring outside). I hate the toilet paper dispenser as it is placed so inconveniently low almost closed to the ground and the roll keep flying out when u tugged at it to tear the papers!! There is no shower screen also, hence the papers will be soaked wet when it hit the ground and it is the one and only tiny roll! There is no other dry area to place it after a shower the whole toilet will be wet! We stayed 3 days and 2 nights at the first floor and the moment you reached level one, the entire corridor is so smoky and smelly with cigarette stench even inside the whole room. The air con is not cold and there is no fan inside and it is really suffocating for us. It is one of their best room!?! My tiger brand food warmer that I bought for a high price was stolen by the cleaning staff the next day!! I posted pics of my food warmer here. They are use for storing my kids’ food along the 7 hours traveling journey by car. How horrible, greedy and wicked to steal people important item! We need to store food for our kids inside the car since it is 7 hours ride back home. Everything stated above we can still close one eye as we cannot expect too much or everything to be perfect, but stealing is a big NO NO! Avoid this hotel at all cost!...

Check in at 2am in the morning, requested check out at 1pm. Agree by the staff at night but the morning shift staff said didnot receive any information about late check out.. charge me late check out.. Ask me go ask night shift by myself. Said she makan gaji saja.. So request the contact than said cannot give.. I ask her to clarify her self but very rude and said unable to help. I said you can check your cctv.. If I mention anything wrong.. After drag for few minute than said I check out late charge me rm16.. I know rm16 not a big amount.. Is a promise is a promise. At first mention she don't receive any note that can late check out.. Not her problem and mention 12.30pm got call to the room but I didnot receive any call about the room extend.. When thing happen she telling me I makan gaji saja.. I tell her don't keep repeating the stupid same conversation.. I just ask her call your staff clarify did i mention 1pm check out that all.. They need to make me angry only call the person.. Than said I try to Cari pasal.. And ask me call the police.. Next time make sure properly record the conversation properly.. If not you be mention that you bullied or rude to 47 year staff at there..

What a good hotel!!...

I didn't manage to stay in the hotel.

I was back from Sabah and current policy does not stated that I need to do self quarantine. Even I need it, I have self quarantine since the day I back from Sabah. Mysejahtera status is casual contact with no symptoms.

When I try to check in to the hotel, the lady imply that I'm here for self quarantine when it is not. She insisted that I'm here for self quarantine and ask for flight ticket which k throw it after the flight. I can show her boarding pass, mysejahtera history to prove it while she insisted to have the flight ticket only.

While I understand that I'm not able to check in to this hotel due to casual contact. I felt discriminated and insulted while the lady insisted that I'm lying to do self quarantine in their hotel and I'm the 8th person came here for self quarantine. Telling me once I scan mysejahtera here then the whole hotel staff or people will be considered as casual contact and their mysejahtera will change to yellow... Omg.. I forgot to told her that I scanned before I enter the premise...

It is not a pleasant experience at all. End up ask me to call to Agoda and ask for cancellation. Would not recommend for such staff...
