Edit: I realise every order comes with the card teaching us how to eat the shave ice. What I can suggest is perhaps the team can print out a few A4 size guide and paste it on the wall? This way we can reduce paper wastage :3 Just my two cents! I went there with my family on a Friday night with my family. The place was crowded yet the team were very professional, patient and accommodating. I especially want to give praise to the female staff who attended us, she was the one who assigned customers to their seats. It was a very busy hour, yet she did not fail to put a smile on her face (even though she masked up), I could see her sincerity at work. Even the manager herself was patient and guided customer on the ordering process at the counter. I loved the environment, it's spacious and air conditioned, a perfect place to hang out with your loved ones. Dessert wise, we ordered their signature Iron Lady Milk Tea Kakigori, Royal Calamansi Yokan and Biscoff Caramel Kakigori shaved ice. Wish I took some photos of it but we were too excited to try the desserts! :') We were really looking forward to the taste of the tea (tieguanyin) flavour for Iron Lady, but it was quite bland compared to one we tried in uptown branch. Hopefully they can improve this :') The Royal Calamansi Yokan is my favourite amongst the 3, it's really refreshing and not too sour too my liking. A must for the hot weather!! The Biscoff Caramel was normal, it did not give the wow factor. If you're a fan of biscoff you'd like it cause it's not too sweet. Overall, we felt really welcomed. I'd recommend any dessert/shaved ice fan to come give it a try!!

We ordered the iron lady kakigori which was great and gave us nothing to complain about. Ordering is self service - you scan a QR code to see the menu, place your order and then pay at the counter. A beeper is provided and collection is also self service, though the staff was nice enough to send our order to our table. Price was definitely on the higher side but expected for this type of dessert in this area. While the food was great, the atmosphere left much to be desired. Most of the tables were reserved which means you may be turned away without a reservation. It perplexes me why a reservation system is even a thing here. We spent about 20 minutes dining, and by the time we left, about half the reserved tables were still unoccupied. On top of that, many of the reserved tables ordered little food. We saw a table of seven ordered 2 desserts while another family of four ordered just 1. I imagine the restaurant's profit margin and customer satisfaction would have been significantly higher if they had eliminated the reservation system. We were lucky to be seated immediately without a reservation but I imagine it would have felt awful to be turned away while half the tables are empty and reserved. Speaking of customers, the demographic that patronize the establishment tends to be the loud type that spends more time talking than actually dining. Suffice to say the atmosphere left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm unlikely to return.

It opens at 1pm. We started hanging around from 8am. After a long walk and a light snack, we arrived there at 12:10pm…. We were pretty tired already, but decided to wait until it opens. We are happy we did. Our order: Calamansi and yokan shaved ice 10 mins after we ordered, there were only one more couple customers. When we were served with what we waited for, it looked beautiful. In the bowl there were fruits, jellies, a lemon slice, and orange balls filled with fruit juice inside, which we loved very much. Even the white shaved ice part was flavored with refreshing citrus juice. Probably my favorite part was the small orange balls on the top and at the bottom of the shaved ice. Every time you bite it, fresh juice came out. I have no negative comment on this product. It was very good dessert to try in the middle of a sunny hot day. And the location is also great. You can see the shop from the train stations’s window. There are a lot of parking spots near the station as well. So, it should be easy to visit. The portion is also pretty big. I think it’s a good size for a couple to share. When I go to an ice cream shop, we need to pay at least 30 to 40 ringgit for 2. This place is rather affordable. So far, this dessert menu is definitely one of the best to try in KLCC area.
