Six Seasons Hotel — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Reasonably priced hotel with clean rooms, somewhat let down by a few issues.

Firstly, the rooms are clean, comfortable with a simple modern design. Everything in our rooms (we had to change rooms) was in good condition; a nice contrast to the somewhat run down rooms in Furama, Bukit Bintang.

Our second room had no window, but that was okay for us. Actually better than our first room with a window, since it had half a dozen or so air conditioning units directly outside making quite a bit of noise. The mattresses were okay, though not great. I did find the walls somewhat thin and had to put up with loud talking/shouting from the neighbouring room late at night.

This hotel has no car park but there is parking on the street right out front. I’ve read it can be difficult to park during busy times, but we had no issues when we arrived late at night.

Service could definitely be improved. I had originally booked a one night stay but decided to travel to KL a day earlier. I called the hotel to extend my booking and was told I would be able to stay in the same room for the two days. Upon arrival in the evening, I was again told I would be able to stay but would need to call down to reception in the morning. Come the morning, I was told it would not be possible and I would have to change rooms. I understand I changed my booking late, so was prepared to have to change rooms if necessary. But then I should have been told from the outset. The last minute change in decision caused unnecessary stress and rushing around in the morning when we had places to be.

Very clean n neat hotel, quite n plain cosy ness. Near banks n eatery just around the Old Klang Road. Strategically located in between K L , Bangsar, and Petaling Jaya Old Town if you are familiar with Kuala Lumpur. The staffs in this hotel is friendly. Good TV channels in the room, hair dryer, kettle , coffee n tea 3 in 1 courtesy of the hotel. Somehow no newspaper provided. Update yourself 🙂 on new on your own mobile phone. Bed is excellent...I love it . Very firm mattress...Good for relaxing 😌 yourself with a good night sleep. A quite place to stay for a good weekend. Highly recommend. I checked in on 24/04/19 & checked out 26/04/19, I must say of the other 2 times I have stayed in this hotel, the very 1st time was up to my expectation as a fairly new at the time, the 2nd time i stayed here it was 2 years after, it was bad, the front office staff were not friendly, even though i checked in late but the room was not ready and i found the room was not properly cleaned. Bed sheet is a bit dirty as well. But this time it was exceeded my expectation and it was a very enjoyable stay. The front office staff were friendly, the room was already clean when i checked in.
