Food: Spicy Hawaiian 3.5 🌟 Tasty and not over flooded with too many sauces, I can taste each of the ingredients. The fried chicken thigh is tender and juicy. The charcoal burger bread is soft and sort of bouncy. It's a bit spicier than I thought but it's still okay for me.

Food (Sides): Fries 3.75 🌟 I ordered a set and I had picked fries and Half Half (sweet tea mix with lemonade). The thick freshly fried fries are fantastic, crispy and I can see some still have the thin potato skin. Dips slightly into the flavourful sauce taste great but it's good by itself too. The drink is nice but it's a bit on the sweeter side for me.

Food: Aburi Burger Set Meal 3.5🌟 Burger 3.5🌟, Fries 3.5🌟, Calamansi 3.5🌟, Chicken 3.5🌟 There are 4 varieties for burgers I'd chosen Cheeseburger which is quite nice, the extra onion is actually very good and makes the burger feels very appetizing. The Fries (which is good but not as great as last time) but both sauces are great especially the green one which is slightly sour while the yellow one feels cheesy. The drink Honey Calamansi suggests to ask for normal/more ice. The best item for me is the Fried Chicken, very tender and juicy. Priced at Rm 18+ for base. Set Meal (Drinks and 1 Side) is Rm 11.90+. First visit at OUG branch, came here after lunch hours, around 2pm, it was totally empty. It can be difficult to find a parking spot nearby. Many opted for delivery as I saw plenty takeaway orders prepped during my visit. The menu was simple and one can quickly order at the front counter, collect your cup and self-service to your choice of drinks. The wait was worth it, as the burgers were cooked fresh, approximately 15minutes wait till our “UFO” began to buzz. The staff was however friendly, though it was slightly awkward having around 6 staffs and no customers except both of us. Though, the staff were having their meals (outside food lol) next to us… The burger was delightful. I especially loved the charcoal buns, it was soft and pillowy, but yet able to hold the beef patty securely and absorbs it’s lovely juice. The mushrooms were well seasoned, beef patty was solid yet tender. Overall, it was a lovely delicious burger that will surely satisfy a burger craving. The fries, oh my, was well seasoned with herbs and salt and also garlic! Even a whole clove of garlic can be found! My company especially enjoyed the dipping sauce provided with the fries, it gives a slight spicy kick. myburgerlab has always been crowded with people and knowing that, I was willing to wait for my late dinner. Especially tonight the OUG branch crowd is very low and it is not even a full house. A rare scene in the same place where I stay. I walked into the store and waited for the girl at the counter to take my order. She was inattentive as she was looking behind her. There's an awkward deafening 1-forever-minute silence in a loud environment. It must be a long night for them, aish, let's fast forward to paying, finding myself a single seat and expecting a slightly faster turnaround time. I so convinced myself. I was wrong. What's upsetting? Not the wait but the family next door who came to sit right next to me later got their burgers first! Not to mention that I had to literally eyeing the people next door biting into their delicious nasi lemak ayam redang burger that I have yet to taste before; anxiously and patiently waiting till 2150. Yeap, and it was not until I enquired one of the seemingly inattentive staff (for I was sitting alone for quite sometime in an rather empty store) that I got my takeaway. I accept the fact that our burgers are made fresh upon order, but I can't brain the unfair wait in this circumstance.
