Last time b4 PKP I used to go to this Johnny's Setiawangsa outlet..I really like their staffs' services but to my really surprise when I went to this Johnny again last 2 weeks when this is my 1st time visit after the govt announced that we can cross d state...d service was really bad whereby d staff did not response to what u requested...for eg..I had asked several time for baby's chair from 2 staff & eventually I myself had to go & search for d baby's chair for my grandson😡 On other occasion at d same time one Indian boy staff jst ignored my request for d chopstick...again I myself had to get up & get d chopstick fr d counter...After having this two bad experiences...on d second thought I don't think I would like to come again to this Johnny's outlet whereby last time this outlet was my favourite best place to enjoy the Johnny's menu..sory for...
Read moreJohnny's restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants. Me and my daughter had lunch there today. My lunch was late but my daughter received her Thai chicken rice first and she ate more than half. After she almost ate everything, she found a full grown MAGGOT under her chicken. I received my food and I can't even eat it. The staff acted as if this is normal thing. He even directed me to the cashier! The cashier asked me to pay and I asked if I am paying for my lunch that I didn't touch or for the chicken rice with the worm? She said very calmly will give you a discount. Where's the apology???? Is it an everyday thing that your chicken has worms that they are so used to it? I did not pay and nor will I be going there again. Left hungry and annoyed. This is Johnny's Restaurant at Aeon AU2...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Worst customer service. Bad attitude. Manager did not play her roles. The waiter did not repeat our order that we mark in the order sheet.
The waiter lost our order sheet and order that key-in in the system was only 1/5 of our order. We have to call them and order for three times but still got mistake in the key-in bill. The waiter didnt mention anything to us about out of stock items. We have to ask several times then the other waiter said the item was in stock but forgot to key-in the order. Although we call the waiter several times and said about his mistakes he finally said sorry.
The manager should train the staff the correct way of handling f&b services and shows a good manner.
