Upon arriving to collect my order, I noticed that the two drinks I purchased were not placed in a paper bag and did not include any straws. Since I had selected the option that included a paper bag and straws, I politely asked the staff for them.However, one of the staff members then said to his colleague, “Check first. Worst staff ever!

First we tried to order at the counter but the male staff said we must order through the app because his shift almost ended. Why complicate things that were supposed to be easy.

Second was yesterday when I went to the counter to pick up my order and request for a paper bag as per my order via the app. The male staff questioned my request whether I did ask for a paper bag via the app or not. Thankfully another female staff member was attentive enough to check my order AT THEIR SCREEN and told him I did request for that! What kind of lazy worker is this I don't really know, but I would really avoid this branch and go to the Setiawangsa...

so dispointed service.everytime come alwas bad..and finelly one time i order and redeeme my voucer nd pick up..when i come they said my cake not available and ask me to choose othercake..its very rude..i come and im are costomer by self come pick up ok…they should call before i come not wait me to come and the end my order its not there..and the supervisior didnt face me and seat in side while im so upsat bout my order..didnt ask appologiz so stupid..i dunno why he became supervisior even customer...
