Burger King Aeon AU2 — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Staff have no basic courtesy and customer service values. When I entered the premise there was no one at the counter but there was one of the staff at the back who saw me but she decided to ignore me. I waited for awhile because I figured she was busy sorting something with the other staff at the back (I can hear them talking and laughing) but after waiting awhile, I decided to call her or anyone really so I said 'excuse me' and 'hello' about 5 times and waited again but I was completely ignored. Behind me, more customers hve lined up. Then, there was this male staff who walked towards the counter and passed by me TWICE but totally ignored my presence. If you guys have lack of manpower I understand but the least you can is respond to me and say 'sekejap ya' or something. Just explain the situation. The fact that I was ignored for a long time was what set me off. Customers have our on time and schedule too. We have to rush elsewhere too. It was completely unnecessary to let a customer wait without any explanation. I decided to cancel having a takeout here and went to KFC. Food was alright but I hate how the staffs. I've been eating at this branch for years already but still encounter the same problem. The cashier is so bad at taking order. Before this I jeed to order three time because she keep on missing my burgers. I wanted to order 3 burger but she only punch one the first time. The second time I que again and clearly told her I want 2 burger but she still punch in one burger so I need to que once again. This is a few years back.

Today I come again and order regular cheeseburger set but the guy punch in double cheeseburger. No wonder its expensive. I thought you're supposed to repeat the customer's order to check if its right or not?? Mau dapat sales ke that you need to lie to customer?

Anyway, please train your staff better. Its a shame because burgerkung...

Went at about 730pm Wednesday. The fries was cold and no more tasty. Slow serving food. The counter guy muka masam Je. Furthermore gave me wrong item. They immediately changed it for me. The lady delivere my food is friendly tho. The nachos double beef burger was good. Worth a try. Please consider provide non plastic source plate. Reduce plastic. Many fast food chains started.
